The cost of your treatment will vary, depending on your individual needs and treatment plan. Our office is a fee for service office. We request payment in full for all services unless financial arrangements have been made before the appointment. Prior to all treatment, a discussion of the cost and payment options will be explained to gain a full understanding of your treatment.
Insurance
We will process all Preferred Provider Organization (PPO) dental insurances, but please note: we DO NOT participate with your insurance plan to fix fees, but you are still insured and we are able to file the dental claim to your dental insurance company for reimbursement.
